This diet is rich in EPA and DHA from fish oil, which helps reduce the inflammation associated with allergic skin reactions caused by environmental triggers like pollen or fleas. Because these allergens are nearly impossible to avoid, nutrition plays a key role in protecting and reinforcing the skin’s barrier function.

The formula also includes immune-boosting nutrients such as beta-glucans from yeast, zinc, selenium, and arginine, all of which help support a robust immune response. To promote a healthy coat and skin, the recipe is enhanced with vitamin A, vitamin E, and B-complex vitamins, in combination with high levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
