These chews are made with a flexible, open-textured structure that allows dogs’ teeth to sink deep into the chew, scraping away plaque through mechanical action. The extended chewing time further enhances cleaning, reaching areas regular brushing may miss.

To enhance effectiveness, they are fortified with sodium hexametaphosphate, which binds calcium in saliva to prevent plaque from hardening into tartar. Vitamin C phosphate slows the growth of oral bacteria, reducing both plaque and tartar buildup.

The formula also includes seaweed, known for helping reduce plaque, tartar, and the sulphur compounds that cause bad breath. In addition, green tea extract and eucalyptus oil further support fresh breath with their natural deodorising properties.
