The large Emmi-Pet replacement brush heads are designed for use with the Emmi-Pet ultrasonic toothbrush. With a brush length of 2.2 cm, they are suitable for medium and large dogs as well as horses.

It is recommended to replace the ultrasonic toothbrush head approximately every 3 months when used daily. Over time, the bristles soften and their ability to fully transmit ultrasonic waves gradually decreases. For the best cleaning results, replace the brush head regularly. If the pet chews the brush head or it becomes damaged, it should be replaced sooner. The microchip located inside the brush head generates ultrasonic waves and transfers them through the bristles into the mouth, so keeping the brush head intact is important.

When brushing your pet’s teeth, depending on tooth size, the brush head may cover one or more teeth at a time. This does not affect the results as long as all teeth and gum lines are cleaned thoroughly. Before and during brushing, apply Emmi-Pet ultrasonic toothpaste to the pet’s mouth or directly to the bristles. The ultrasonic toothbrush requires ultrasonic toothpaste to function, as only this formula produces enough nano-bubbles to ensure optimal cleaning results.
