UC II collagen helps reduce the immune response against cartilage collagen fibers by inducing oral tolerance through a desensitization process in the gut. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is a sulfur-containing compound that supports the synthesis of cartilage matrix components such as collagen and glycosaminoglycans. Manganese acts as a coenzyme in the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycans.
