Kalm Aid contains L-tryptophan and green tea extract, which provide essential amino acids that support serotonin production, a key neurotransmitter for relaxation. Additionally, it contains thiamine (Vitamin B1), which is essential for nervous system function and has been linked to reducing anxiety.
