– <10 kg: ½ scoop
– 10–20 kg: 1 scoop
– 20–30 kg: 1½ scoops
– 30–40 kg: 2 scoops
– >40 kg: 3 scoops
1 level scoop = 7.5 g.
If adding to dry food, moisten with a small amount of water.
Note: Do not use concurrently with oral macrolide antibiotics.
