Converting points
Points convert to bonus after 30 days. 100 points = 1€ to spend on anything in our store
Points are issued after fulfillment. Shipping costs, medicine products and gift cards are excluded

Yes, completely free. There's no membership fee, no subscription, and no minimum spend to sign up. Simply place an ordred you we will add points to you account, no sign up needed
Bionus expire 3months after points have been converted
Points are issued once you have received your order. We do it this way to prevent points being earned on orders that are later returned or cancelled.
Yes. Gift cards, shipping fees and phrarmacy products are excluded. Pharmacy products are regulated products and we want to ensure they're always purchased based on your pet's genuine clinical need — not influenced by reward incentives. This keeps the programme ethical and in line with veterinary guidelines.
No. Points are earned on the cash portion of your order only. If you use bonus to cover part of a purchase, you'll earn points on whatever remaining amount you pay with a regular payment method.
If you return an item, the points associated with that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If those points have already been converted to store bonus used, the refund will reflect the original payment amount minus the bonus value already applied.
Yes! Points are earned on the amount you actually pay, after any discount is applied. So if an item is €40 and you have a 10% discount code, you'd earn 36 points on that purchase.
