Chia de Gracia Inulin is a soluble dietary fibre that acts as a prebiotic, supporting healthy gut function and metabolism. It passes through the stomach and intestines without being digested, reaching the colon where it promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria, such as lactic acid bacteria.
By feeding the good bacteria, inulin helps restore microbial balance, enhance nutrient absorption, and support immune function. This can be especially helpful in cases of digestive imbalance, such as diarrhoea, bloating, loose stool, or poor nutrient uptake.
