Directions for use and storage:

The catch consists mainly of fish from the Engraulidae family (e.g. Peruvian anchovy), but also includes species from the Carangidae, Clupeidae, Osmeridae, Scombridae and Ammodytidae families. The omega-3 content of oil from individual fish species varies according to season and growing conditions. Therefore, several fish species are used in the production process to ensure consistent EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acid levels in every batch.
