Harmony is a prebiotic and probiotic supplement designed to support the health and well-being of the horse’s stomach and intestines.
Harmony helps maintain a balanced intestinal flora, improve nutrient absorption, and promote normal stool consistency.
A healthy intestinal flora supports the horse’s well-being
The health of the horse’s stomach and intestines is reflected both internally and externally. Horses with loose stools may have problems with their intestinal flora and the breakdown of feed, which can lead to impaired nutrient absorption. Poor nutrient absorption may manifest as recurring problems such as drooling, poor hoof quality, a dull coat, difficulty maintaining good physical condition, and reduced performance.
Harmony helps support beneficial intestinal bacteria and maintain a balanced and well-functioning intestinal flora. This can improve the horse’s ability to digest feed and help restore normal stool consistency.
What are prebiotics?
Prebiotics are fibres and natural sugars that are needed by the beneficial bacteria in the intestine.
What are probiotics?
Probiotics are live microorganisms that, when given in sufficient amounts, can have beneficial health effects.
What are synbiotics?
Harmony is a synbiotic supplement, meaning that it contains both prebiotics and probiotics. The purpose of synbiotics is to stimulate the growth and increase the number of beneficial bacteria while helping to suppress and reduce unwanted bacteria.
