Optixcare is a moisturizing, long-lasting eye gel specifically designed to lubricate and hydrate the eyes of animals. Suitable for dogs, cats, and horses. Optixcare's unique combination of carbomer gel and hyaluronic acid helps keep the eye moist for an extended period. The gel is easy to administer directly into the animal’s eye.

Optixcare Eye Lube Plus contains hyaluronic acid and carbomer gel. Hyaluronic acid binds water, while carbomer helps slow its removal. Carbomer gives the gel its viscosity, allowing it to remain on the eye surface for longer and making application easier. Once in the eye, the gel becomes more fluid when it comes into contact with the salts present in tears.

Warnings:

For animal use only. If the product irritates the animal’s eyes, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian. The gel remains sterile until the cap is opened for the first time. To prevent contamination of the tube and its contents, avoid touching the tip of the tube to the eye or any other surface. Replace the cap carefully after use.

Composition:

Sterile water, sorbitol, carbomer, hyaluronic acid 0.65%, sodium hydroxide.

Preservatives: Disodium EDTA and cetrimide.

Directions for Use

During anaesthesia: Apply 1–2 drops to each eye, either onto the corneal surface or into the conjunctival sac.

For dry eyes:
Apply 1–2 drops to each eye 2–3 times daily, or as directed by your veterinarian.

Storage:

Use within 60 days after opening. Store at room temperature.
