100% natural E-vitamin for horses & dogs. E-vitamin supports muscle function, nervous system function, and helps maintain immunity.

The new powder form is completely equivalent to the former liquid CdGE product.

CdGE is a completely natural E-vitamin. E-vitamin is one of the fat-soluble vitamins needed by the body.

  • E-vitamin works in the horse's and dog's body as an antioxidant that protects cells from the harmful effects of free radicals (including lactic acid caused by physical exertion).
  • E-vitamin is needed for maintaining normal muscle and nervous system function as well as supporting the immune system.
  • Natural E-vitamin also supports normal skin and joint function and, according to studies, is absorbed more than twice as effectively as synthetic vitamin!
  • E-vitamin can support energy metabolism and muscle function in connection with rhabdomyolysis. Exercise-related rhabdomyolysis is the most common form of tying-up syndrome in competition horses.
  • Horses get E-vitamin from pasture grass and feeds containing E-vitamin. During winter months, E-vitamin preservation in dry hay is poor, which is why it should be added to the horse's diet daily. Every horse needs E-vitamin unless it receives fresh hay daily.

Especially in need of additional E-vitamin are:

  • Heavy exertion and competing increase the body's need for E-vitamin. Heavy physical work strains muscles, tendons, and joints and causes an imbalance between cell-oxidizing and protective factors. This imbalance damages cells, which is why the need for E-vitamin increases, for example, with increased exertion (sport horses and dogs). E-vitamin can support preparation for athletic performance and recovery.
  • The need for E-vitamin increases if the horse's / dog's diet contains a lot of fat.
  • Breeding, pregnant and lactating animals also have an increased need for E-vitamin.
  • E-vitamin is also recommended for aging horses & dogs to support immunity.
  • E-vitamin is also important for animals with Cushing's disease.
  • Various skin irritations, injuries, and scars can benefit from E-vitamin. E-vitamin also benefits dry, flaky skin and protects it from damage. E-vitamin has been scientifically (1) proven to improve the condition of patients with skin problems; skin changes such as skin damage, redness, skin thickening, and hair loss are reduced.
  • Dietary E-vitamin supplementation is beneficial in situations involving low-grade inflammation. These situations include various disorders due to skin dryness, joint problems, and heavy physical exertion.
