NAC also acts as an antioxidant itself. Milk thistle is a source of silymarin. Silymarin consists of six different flavonolignans, with the most significant being silybin. Silymarin increases glutathione levels and stabilizes liver cell membranes. Vitamin C is an antioxidant. Complementary feed.
