Diet food - complete food for cats, to reduce the recurrence of struvite stones (cause of feline lower urinary tract disease, FLUTD), to dissolve struvite stones and to reduce oxalate stone formation in adult cats. This feed promotes the production of struvite-undersaturated urine, has properties that make the urine alkaline and contains low levels of magnesium, calcium and vitamin-D.
COMPOSITION: Meat and products of animal origin (chicken 22%), vegetable protein extracts, products of vegetable origin, cereals, fish and fish products, various sugars, eggs and egg products, minerals, oils and fats, milk and dairy products, molluscs and crustaceans. Urine alkalizing substances: Potassium citrate (1.0 g/kg), potassium chloride (0.6 g/kg), L-cysteine (0.3 g/kg).

FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS: Feed only this food. It is recommended that a veterinarian be consulted before use/extending the period of use. Recommended duration of use: for reduced risk of recurrence of struvite stones: initially up to 6 months; dissolution of struvite stones: 5 to 12 weeks; for reduced oxalate stone formation: up to 6 months. Make sure to always have fresh water available.
