Promotes production of undersaturated or metastabilized urine with respect to struvite and/or has urine acidifying properties. RECOMMENDATION: veterinarian should be consulted before use and before extending the time of use. Use URINARY S/O SMALL DOG dry food for 5 to 12 weeks to dissolve struvite stones and initially for up to 6 months to reduce the risk of struvite stone recurrence.
