Finding a tasty and suitable diet for your pet can sometimes be a challenge. That’s why VetaPet offers a Taste Guarantee on selected foods. If your pet doesn’t like the new food, you can return the product and get your money back!
Conditions for the Taste Guarantee:
The product is marked with the Taste Guarantee label in our online store
Your pet is trying the product for the first time
The product is in its original packaging, with at least 75% of it remaining
No more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date
The Taste Guarantee covers products from the following brands:
- Royal Canin
- Hill's
- Specific
- Brit
What to do if your pet doesn’t like the product?
If the Taste Guarantee conditions are met, you can return the product to us following our return instructions. Please include a note with the return indicating that it is specifically a Taste Guarantee return.
